Instructions for White Listing EmailsĀ

For Gmail:

  • Open Gmail and log in.
  • Click the "Settings" gear icon in the upper-right corner.
  • Select "See all settings."
  • Navigate to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
  • Click "Create a new filter."
  • In the "From" field, enter our email address ([Your Email Address]).
  • Click "Create filter."
  • Check the box "Never send it to Spam."
  • Click "Create filter."

For Yahoo Mail:

  • Log in to Yahoo Mail.
  • Click the "Settings" gear icon.
  • Select "More Settings" at the bottom of the list.
  • Click "Filters" in the left menu.
  • Click "Add new filters."
  • Give your filter a name (e.g., "Whitelist [Your Company]").
  • In the "Set rules" section, choose "From" in the first dropdown.
  • Select "Contains" in the second dropdown.
  • In the third field, enter our email address ([Your Email Address]).
  • In the "Then move to folder" dropdown, select "Inbox."
  • Click "Save."

For Outlook (formerly Hotmail):

  • Log in to Outlook.
  • Click the "Settings" gear icon in the upper-right corner.
  • Choose "View all Outlook settings" at the bottom.
  • Go to "Mail" > "Junk email."
  • Under "Safe senders and domains," click "Add."
  • Enter our email address ([Your Email Address]).
  • Click "Add."
  • Click "Save" to save your changes.

For Apple Mail (macOS):

  • Open Apple Mail.
  • Go to "Mail" > "Preferences."
  • Click the "Rules" tab.
  • Click "Add Rule."
  • In the "Description" field, give your rule a name (e.g., "Whitelist [Your Company]").
  • Set the first condition to "If any" of the following conditions are met.
  • Set the next condition to "From" and enter our email address ([Your Email Address]).
  • Under "Perform the following actions," select "Move Message" to mailbox "Inbox."
  • Click "OK" to save your rule.
