Instructions for White Listing EmailsĀ

For Gmail:
- Open Gmail and log in.
- Click the "Settings" gear icon in the upper-right corner.
- Select "See all settings."
- Navigate to the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab.
- Click "Create a new filter."
- In the "From" field, enter our email address ([Your Email Address]).
- Click "Create filter."
- Check the box "Never send it to Spam."
- Click "Create filter."
For Yahoo Mail:
- Log in to Yahoo Mail.
- Click the "Settings" gear icon.
- Select "More Settings" at the bottom of the list.
- Click "Filters" in the left menu.
- Click "Add new filters."
- Give your filter a name (e.g., "Whitelist [Your Company]").
- In the "Set rules" section, choose "From" in the first dropdown.
- Select "Contains" in the second dropdown.
- In the third field, enter our email address ([Your Email Address]).
- In the "Then move to folder" dropdown, select "Inbox."
- Click "Save."
For Outlook (formerly Hotmail):
- Log in to Outlook.
- Click the "Settings" gear icon in the upper-right corner.
- Choose "View all Outlook settings" at the bottom.
- Go to "Mail" > "Junk email."
- Under "Safe senders and domains," click "Add."
- Enter our email address ([Your Email Address]).
- Click "Add."
- Click "Save" to save your changes.
For Apple Mail (macOS):
- Open Apple Mail.
- Go to "Mail" > "Preferences."
- Click the "Rules" tab.
- Click "Add Rule."
- In the "Description" field, give your rule a name (e.g., "Whitelist [Your Company]").
- Set the first condition to "If any" of the following conditions are met.
- Set the next condition to "From" and enter our email address ([Your Email Address]).
- Under "Perform the following actions," select "Move Message" to mailbox "Inbox."
- Click "OK" to save your rule.
